Oil & Gas Well Production & Maintenance Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused subcontractor to support the production, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas wells. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high operational standards. Subcontractor - Oil & Gas Well Production & Maintenance Responsibilities Operate, inspect, and maintain oil and gas production equipment. Monitor well performance and troubleshoot production issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, separators, tanks, valves, and related equipment. Conduct routine well inspections and document findings. Identify and report equipment failures or safety hazards. Coordinate with operations personnel to maximize production efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance and production records. Respond to emergency call-outs as needed. Subcontractor - Oil & Gas Well Production & Maintenance Qualifications Experience in oil and gas production operations or well maintenance. Knowledge of production equipment, well sites, and field operations. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment. Strong understanding of safe work practices and environmental compliance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to pass any required background checks, drug screening, or safety training. Subcontractor - Oil & Gas Well Production & Maintenance Preferred Qualifications Experience with artificial lift systems. Mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation skills. Current OSHA, H2S, First Aid/CPR, or other relevant safety certifications. Experience working as an independent contractor or subcontractor. Subcontractor - Oil & Gas Well Production & Maintenance Compensation Competitive contract rates based on experience. Flexible scheduling opportunities.
