BESKRIVNING

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Genomföra tekniska och ekonomiska utredningar, exempelvis i samband med upphandlingar eller verksamhetsförändringar. Utföra analyser och utredningar vid avvikelser, olyckor och tillbud samt genomföra riskanalyser enligt CSM-RA (Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment). Följa upp och utvärdera drift och prestanda ur tekniskt, ekonomiskt och operativt perspektiv. Ta fram tekniska underlag och stödja godkännandeprocesser vid förändringar, modifieringar samt anskaffning av nya fordon. Identifiera, analysera och hantera tekniska avvikelser i samverkan med interna och externa intressenter. Säkerställa att dokumentation, såsom fordonsdokumentation och handböcker, hålls uppdaterad. Arbeta aktivt för att säkerställa optimal prestanda utifrån ett RAMS-perspektiv (Tillförlitlighet, Tillgänglighet, Underhållsmässighet och Säkerhet). Vid behov driva och leda mindre tekniska projekt kopplade till fordonsflottan. DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical and financial investigations, for example in connection with procurements or operational changes. Perform analyses and investigations related to deviations, accidents, and incidents, and carry out risk assessments in accordance with CSM-RA (Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment). Monitor and evaluate operations and performance from technical, financial, and operational perspectives. Prepare technical documentation and support approval processes related to changes, modifications, and the acquisition of new vehicles. Identify, analyze, and manage technical deviations in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that documentation, such as vehicle records and manuals, is kept up to date. Actively work to ensure optimal performance from a RAMS perspective (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety). When required, lead and manage smaller technical projects related to the vehicle fleet.
