controllers, servo systems, safety circuits, and industrial communications Work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC interfaces to improve sequence timing, reliability, and recovery Drive improvements in Robotic uptime, cycle time, weld quality, and overall equipment performance Support Resistance Spot Welding, MIG/MAG welding, and other automated joining processes Troubleshoot recurring robotic and weld-related issues and implement permanent corrective actions Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and new product launch activities Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production, Tooling, and outside integrators Maintain Robotic program backups, technical documentation, and standardized recovery procedures Train plant personnel on robotic fault recovery, troubleshooting, and safe operating practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Robotics Strong experience within a Tier 1 Automotive Environment Previous supervisory, lead engineering, or technical leadership experience Advanced hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting KUKA robotic systems Strong understanding of automated welding processes and weld-quality requirements Experience with KUKA/FANUC or ABB Robots Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC systems Experience supporting automotive launches, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and IATF quality requirements Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on automotive robotics experience will also be considered Why Make the Move?
