Job Title:
Robotic Weld Operator Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to take your career to the next level? Spherion of Owatonna is partnered with a manufacturing company in Owatonna, MN and they are looking for Robotic Weld Machine Operators. You will be working with cutting-edge robotic welding technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your opportunity to join a workplace that values efficiency, precision, and growth.

Schedule:
7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed
Pay:
$21.75/HR
Long term - opportunity to roll over full-time with the company
Use of on-site fitness center
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to meet production goals.
Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.
Perform visual quality inspections to ensure weld integrity.
Remove weld spatter using chisels or grinders when needed.
Safely operate hoists to maneuver parts into place.
Tag completed jobs and document rework appropriately.
Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.
Notify supervisors of material shortages or quality concerns.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs. ...

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience AND/OR machine operating experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
