Permanent Employment Benefits Help for . As a member of the technical team, you will support the sales, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of robotic equipment and automated landscape equipment in the central Texas area. This will require traveling to job sites in the central Texas area and successfully deploying and demonstrating robotic, autonomous, and conventional commercial landscape equipment.
Responsibilities:
To promote company products and services to potential and existing customers specifically by product demonstration, technical expertise, and fluency in our company sales and service programs that support our product line.
Skills and Acumen:
having the technical skills and abilities to manage field deployment of equipment; the diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues; performing preventative maintenance; calibrating and testing robotic components; and assisting with system upgrades and modifications. Applicants must have an existing proficiency with basic business IT tools such as laptops, software apps on phones, email, product management platforms, etc. The ability to learn new technologies and product lines and apply that knowledge for product and client support is a key component to success. Additional duties involve driving commercial vehicles such as light trucks and vans, some of which will have trailers that are used to move commercial mowers to locations in the central Texas area. This means having a good driving record is a requirement, and towing / equipment experience or acumen is a plus. Furthermore requirements are documenting service reports, maintaining inventory of spare parts, and adhering to company and industry standards for quality and safety. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with technology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience with commercial landscape equipment (commercial mowers) robotics, automation, is preferred. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies is expected.
