China Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, such as Solar PV or Energy Storage Systems (ESS). 3-5 years of experience in the Solar PV or Energy Storage System (ESS) industry. Good electrical, as well as technical knowledge of power electronics (such as inverter, drive or PCS), especially for Solar PV and ESS system Good communication skills of cross-functions and intercultural organization Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team Result driven and commitment to deliver quality Preferred candidate has solar & ESS project experience, worked in EPC or inverter/ESS manufacturer company before This role requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Singapore-based regulatory bodies and local stakeholders, as well as to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking global decision-makers, domestic manufacturing partners, and regional headquarters counterparts based in China.
