(856) 773-5800 We're partnering with a well‑established civil engineering practice to hire a Survey Technician with 3-5 years of experience. This role supports land development and infrastructure projects through CAD production, survey data processing, and coordination with field crews and project teams. The position is primarily office‑based with occasional field support. Responsibilities- Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Draft ALTA/NSPS, boundary, and subdivision maps
- Research deeds, plats, title documents, and utility records
- Create deed mosaics and legal descriptions
- Perform construction layout computations and survey calculations
- Process and organize survey data, field notes, photos, and sketches Job Requirements Requirements
- 3-5 years of survey experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of survey calculations and production workflows
- Ability to work from 8AM
