What You'll Do Perform and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys. Research deeds, plats, easements, and other legal documents to establish and verify property boundaries. Prepare and certify plats, legal descriptions, maps, and other survey deliverables. Utilize GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and related survey technology to collect and process accurate field data. Manage survey projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Mentor and supervise survey field crews and CAD technicians. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to achieve successful project outcomes. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, or LSIT with the ability to obtain PLS licensure within six months. Five (5) or more years of progressive land surveying experience. Experience performing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys. Proficiency with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey data processing software. Strong understanding of surveying principles, boundary law, and applicable industry standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Ready to Take the Next Step?
