Your expertise will directly influence project feasibility and site planning success by delivering high-integrity survey documentation and actionable site insights. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive boundary, topographic, and construction surveys across diverse residential and commercial sectors. Leverage cutting-edge GNSS, robotic total stations, and 3D scanning technology to capture high-fidelity spatial data. Produce detailed survey plats, legal descriptions, and technical reports that serve as the foundation for engineering design. Partner with civil engineers and project stakeholders to resolve complex land-use challenges through data-driven analysis. Guarantee adherence to rigorous jurisdictional standards and regulatory requirements for all land-based deliverables. Provide technical mentorship to field crews and junior staff to elevate team performance and data quality. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a closely related discipline. Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure. At least 3 years of progressive experience in land surveying operations. Advanced proficiency with industry-standard CAD and surveying software suites. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex legal and physical land data. Preferred Skills Experience with project management workflows and resource allocation. Familiarity with large-format plotting and graphic representation of survey data. Prior exposure to Professional Engineer (PE) collaborative environments.
