About the role:
As a Corporate Environment and Sustainability (E&S) intern, directly help communicate and prioritize environmental stewardship and sustainable activities throughout the global organization. You will report to the Global Sustainability Program Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. You will also be supporting the Global Environmental Program Manager in this position. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
You will travel throughout Western Pennsylvania sites, required Help implement the Environmental & Sustainability standards and programs Participate in EHS&S team meetings; present on E&S topics and project progress Inspect and evaluate workplace environments and practices for regulatory compliance Participate in event investigations to identify causes and corrective actions. Work as part of an inspection or audit team Develop E&S briefs, training materials, and provide training to improve E&S knowledge Collect and analyze data, suggest corrective actions, develop, and present reports Support Environment and Sustainability projects and initiatives, including collaboration with other organizations with the company
Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or similar Completed Sophomore year of college Completed environmental or sustainability coursework Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work locations (
