Job Description
Site Project Manager / Site Coordinator
PROJECT GREEN
is looking for a energetic, detailed oriented, hands on Project Manager for a large hyper-scale data center project. The candidate will manage the onsite waste and recycling scope, working with the general contractor to meet the needs of the site. Candidate will work with a small team and ideally be able to either drive a roll off truck, or operate a piece of heavy equipment or both. The candidate in this area will aid in starting the market in the Northeast Texas Market including Amarillo, Pampa, Childress, and Haskel. We pair vetted local haulers with centralized process, data, and management — giving general contractors one accountable partner across every job site, in every market. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Nashville, TN, we've grown from a single Louisiana project to markets across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Great Plains — with more launching every quarter.
Our approach:
Large Scale Service with a Community Approach. About the Role As Site Project Manager, you'll own the site's operation end-to-end — hauler coordination, compliance documentation, and the GC relationship. As Site Coordinator, you'll support that operation directly, handling documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics while building toward site ownership. What You'll Do Serve as Project Green's on-site point of contact for the general contractor's team Coordinate local hauler schedules and material routing to keep the site compliant and moving Maintain chain-of-custody documentation, diversion tracking, and compliance records (WMPs, LEED/TRUE reporting inputs) using the Project Green Software. [PM] Own the site's day-to-day performance and hauler relationships; report results to Project Green leadership Flag compliance or safety issues before they become deficiencies Operates equipment if needed.
What We're Looking For Required:
0- 3 years of experience in construction site management, logistics coordination, or waste/recycling operations. This job would be a great way to work on one of the largest projects in the nation to see if you would like to continue in the field of project management. Strong organizational skills and comfort with detailed documentation and reporting Ability to work on an active construction site and communicate effectively with GC site teams Preferred (not required): Experience with LEED other sustainability/compliance reporting frameworks Background in C&D, waste, or recycling industry Light experience operating equipment.
