Responsibilities Lead design and analysis of highway and roadway projects using advanced engineering and CAD tools. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and DOT standards for safety and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional software and engineering teams on transportation solutions. Prepare technical reports, design documents, and client presentations. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development. Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and quality control. Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions. Leverage traffic modeling and GIS tools for data-driven design decisions.
