Hollidaysburg, PA OfficeWe are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Assistant Chief Highway Engineer for our Transportation Division. The position has leadership potential in the near future.

Key Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Minimum 10 years of experience designing highways and highway-related projects.

Proven experience working with PennDOT and municipal owners.

Strong technical, project management, and communication skills.

Leadership experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will bring strong transportation engineering expertise and the ability to successfully lead and deliver complex highway projects across Pennsylvania.
