Job Description Develop, optimize, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS and MCOSMOS for precision-machined components. Analyze engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and technical documentation to create effective inspection methodologies. Design and implement fixturing, tooling, and setup strategies to achieve accurate and repeatable measurement results. Interpret customer specifications, engineering standards, and GD&T requirements to ensure compliance. Conduct product inspections and testing activities to verify adherence to design and quality requirements. Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R studies to validate inspection processes. Generate and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, Inspection Plans, First Article Inspections (FAI), and PPAP packages. Ensure quality processes and documentation remain aligned with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, machining, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The Successful Applicant Minimum 3 years of hands-on CMM programming experience utilizing PC-DMIS and/or MCOSMOS. Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or related disciplines. Strong expertise in GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and advanced inspection techniques. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems. Experience conducting quality inspections and quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SPC, and measurement analysis methodologies. Experience with Supplier Quality and aerospace machining suppliers is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience managing PPAP processes and quality documentation. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. U.S. citizenship required. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
