The QC Engineer Lead will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives to ensure products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role develops, implements, and continuously improves quality control processes, supports production teams in resolving quality concerns, and maintains compliance with the company's

Quality Management Systems (QMS). The QC engineer Lead collaborates with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects and promote a culture of quality.
Hours:
7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. (Occasional hours outside the standard hours) Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead and maintain the company's

Quality Management System (QMS) and support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality. Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Analyze inspection data and report on defects, variations, and improvements needed. Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues. Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions for any quality concerns during production. Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and product certifications. Support root cause analysis for product defects or non-conformities and contribute to corrective actions. Prepare and present reports related to quality control activities to management. Other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in a quality control or engineering role, preferably in manufacturing.

experience. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and standards. Experience with inspection tools, quality testing equipment, and measurement systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing or sitting for long periods while performing physically demanding tasks.
