Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain validation protocols for various processes and systems.
PHARMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Duties Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software systems. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and HACCP. Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established quality management systems. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to implement corrective actions for non-conformances identified during inspections or audits. Utilize vision inspection systems to enhance product quality assurance processes. Document validation activities thoroughly and maintain accurate records of all quality control measures. Provide training and support to team members on validation procedures and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience in validation engineering or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, including quality inspection and control techniques. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, HACCP, and their application in the industry. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying potential issues in processes or products. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective documentation and reporting. $47.52 - $93.14 per hour
