Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring product excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
7am to 4 pm What's the Job? Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance. Lead continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system. Develop and deliver training programs to build quality awareness. Interface with Engineering and Production to verify products meet specifications. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field with 5+ years of experience in a Quality System. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers. Proven experience in performing internal and external audits. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
