Description This Client is seeking commissioning engineer with a mechanical background that has experience within datacenters markets and able to help carry out project assignments. Experience working within the following vertical markets: Hospitals, Large / Complex Facilities and Mission Critical Facilities (data centers, telecommunications, or disaster recovery sites) Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include: Equipment pre-start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation; Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects Write comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation and maintenance manuals Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning Develop and administer functional tests for various systems, such as mechanical central chilled water plants, packaged rooftop units, boilers, chillers, computer room air conditioning units, fire protection systems, etc. Integrated system testing; Building management system testing; Compilation of all testing procedure results Skills Construction, Commissioning, Control system, Engineering, mechanical design, mechanical engineering, mechanical equipment Top Skills Details Construction,Commissioning Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10 years experience in the Electrical Mission Critical Field Bachelor's / Associates Degree as an Mechanical Engineer a plus A/E experience working in complex facilities or mission-critical projects a big plus Good communication skills, Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners agents as needed; Execute project assignments; Interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians; Interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etc Experience with IEEE procedures and protocols a plus Possess basic knowledge of system design Commissioning certification or

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k, bonus, expenses paid, overtime pay Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
