BPS Quality Production Engineer Posted on August 3, 2026 August 3, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a BPS Quality Production Engineer to support manufacturing excellence by improving product quality, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production standards are met, quality systems are maintained, and operational performance continues to improve through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. Position Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitor and improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable industry regulations. Conduct quality audits and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities. Process Improvement Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced waste. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Develop and maintain process documentation and standardized work instructions. Production Support Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and process-related issues. Provide technical support during production and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing challenges. Monitor key production metrics and recommend improvements. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare reports on quality performance, process capability, and operational metrics. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and process improvements. Participate in root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support training initiatives to improve quality awareness and operational performance. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field. Experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality engineering environment. Strong understanding of quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and statistical analysis. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
