We provide engineering services to primarily public entities throughout North Idaho and Eastern Washington We are growing and in need of an experienced water/wastewater project engineer to join our collaborative, high-energy team.

You will be responsible for:

Project and client management. Preparation of engineering reports, plans and specifications. Working independently and as part of a design team, under the supervision of a principal engineer. Communication and coordination with clients, engineers, surveyors, drafters/designers, sub-consultants and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. Using engineering, spreadsheet and word processing software in support of design efforts.

The qualified candidate must have:

Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college and P.E. registration. Four to six years of experiences designing and observing construction of water systems (wells, distribution and reservoirs) and wastewater systems (collection and lift stations, treatment a plus) in the United States with increasing responsibility. Ability to effectively lead a project and manage engineers, designers, drafters, surveyors and administrative staff assigned to the project. Strong self-motivation instincts, excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members, clients, and public agencies. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Water CAD. The ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment is essential. Experience with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality or Washington Department of Health a plus. Experience providing construction observation and working with contractors also a plus. We have openings in our Coeur d'Alene, Idaho office, located a short stroll away from the lake. We have also have openings in our Liberty Lake, WA office. $72,800.00 - $100,000.00 per year
