We are looking for a knowledgeable accountant to review and prepare monthly financial reports for our clients. Our ideal employee has excellent attention to detail and can be trusted with sensitive information. They have great communication skills to interact with clients and their fellow employees. The goal is to ensure our clients receive timely and accurate financial data with which to make business decisions. Please note - this is a part-time position that will work 7-10 days each month between the 5th-15th. Applicants must be available to work 20-30 hours total during these days of the month. Responsibilities Review work done by other team members for accuracy Reconcile A/P, A/R, and loan accounts Prepare timely and accurate reports for clients Communicate with other team members and clients professionally Skills Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and best practices 3+ years experience in tax preparation and/or financial report preparation Proficient in Quickbooks Online and MS Office Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines AS/BSc/BA in
