Accounting Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Newly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced, non /degree accounting applicants.

Duties:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects
• Reconciliation of various GL accounts
• Maintain accounting records and files in an organized manner
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Data entry required Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting or Business
• Consideration will be given to applicants with relevant experience
• Proficiency in accrual accounting
• Strong financial acumen
• Proficiency Excel Salary will be determined based on degree and/or experience.

MUST be able to pass pre employment drug screening. This is a report to work position.
