Job Description Looking for someone who is able to work with limited supervision, knowledgeable with accounting processes, and work with multiple clients in different industries.

Responsibilities:

Perform monthly bank/credit card settlements Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements Process payroll, pay related payroll taxes, file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns Prepare sales tax returns; multiple states Manage multiple clients

Requirements:

3-5 years Public Accounting

PREFERRED

QuickBooks Desktop and QBO experience

REQUIRED

Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good organization and communication skills; detail oriented MS Excel and Word experience necessary
