The Staff Accountant I will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Post daily entries including FRB and FHLB accounts activity, Money Order settlement, DMI payments, ATM settlement transactions. Reconcile the FRB and FHLB daily accounts activity, ATM vault GLs, DMI daily clearing account, ATM settlement transactions daily GLs and the Zelle Recon. Reconcile the member payroll clearing GLs daily. Prepares the corporate check validation report for MoneyGram daily Prepares invoice tracking report of Valera and Voyix for card processing and online banking charges. Prepares membership report for financial reporting Prepares and submits IRA Federal and State withholdings deposit on a weekly basis. Prepares and posts the employee payroll JV on a biweekly basis. Prepare the accrual for salary and PTO accrual monthly. Prepare and post month-end accruals.
