The Accountant will provide support with day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with various accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

$25.00

Hours:

7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities Process and maintain accurate accounting records Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile accounts and review financial transactions Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems Assist with invoices, payments, and account reconciliations Prepare reports and documentation as needed Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Support the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks

Requirements:

Previous accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Manufacturing or technical industry experience is a plus
