What You'll Do As a Staff Accountant, you'll support a diverse portfolio of entities and play a key role in the monthly accounting cycle.

Responsibilities include:

Month-end close activities and journal entries Balance sheet reconciliations Bank, payroll, mortgage, and intercompany account reconciliations Payroll accounting and related reporting Cost allocations across multiple entities and properties Credit card coding and reconciliation General ledger analysis and account review Financial reporting support Collaboration with property managers and operational leaders Special projects that improve efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Required 2-3+ years of accounting experienc Strong Excel skills including: Lookups Pivot Tables IF statements Conditional Formatting Reporting and analysis Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills A desire to learn and grow professionally Preferred Real estate accounting experience Property management accounting experience Multi-entity accounting exposure Experience with allocations, due to/due from accounts, and financial statement preparation Don't check every box?
