Key Responsibilities:

Process and review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and proper codingPerform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end closing proceduresPrepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentationReconcile cash receipts and deposits received from multiple clinic locationsMonitor vendor statements and assist with resolving discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of fixed assets and prepaid expensesSupport new vendor setup and maintain vendor filesAssist with financial reporting and audit requestsEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controlsCollaborate with clinic managers and corporate departments to resolve accounting issues
