Job Description

Marriott is seeking a Staff Accountant II to support financial operations across its global lodging portfolio. In this role, you will execute general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and monthly close activities for assigned hotel entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. You will analyze variances, support budgeting and forecasting, and maintain compliance with US GAAP and Marriott policies. Partnering with property and corporate teams, you'll resolve accounting issues, assist with audits, and drive process improvements.
