What You'll DoProcess and enter accounts payable invoicesMatch invoices to projects and supporting documentationAssist with weekly check runsCreate and process customer invoicesSupport inventory and project tracking activitiesReconcile vendor and fuel statementsMaintain accounting files and recordsTrack subcontractor documentation and W-9sAssist with monthly customer statementsAnswer incoming calls and support office operationsCross-train in additional accounting functions as business needs evolveAdditional Growth OpportunitiesDepending on experience, you'll have the opportunity to assist with:
