Back To Results Senior Accountant Job Description Senior Accountant - Fast track to Controller Great opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant looking for a step up into an Accounting Manager role with a fast track to Controller.

Duties:

Position will assist with month end close Position will be responsible for Bank & Treasury Activity (Making wire payments, clearing checks, bank reconciliations, etc.) Position will be the primary contact for A/P related activities: invoice entry, questions from vendors, etc.) Position will oversee A/R Clerk by providing support on heavy cash collection days and directional support when questions arise.

Requirements:

BA Degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST Five or more years of general ledger month end close experience is a MUST Experience working in a high-volume setting (many vendors, many customers) Manufacturing experience a plus but not required QuickBooks a plus but not required Our client offers a salary of $75k - $85k. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match - 50% match for the first 6%. Position will grow into Controller role within 1 year Relaxed office setting, jeans, khakis, sneakers.
