Staff Accountant Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Process customer invoices and apply payments Review shipped-not-billed items and resolve discrepancies Support audits, financial reporting, and special projects Ensure compliance with GAAP standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience (AP, AR, or General Ledger) Manufacturing experience preferred Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups) Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
