Position Overview A large, well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This is a highly visible role that combines traditional accounting responsibilities with financial analysis and partnership across operations, supply chain, and finance. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, account analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who wants to build broader experience within a complex manufacturing environment and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules Perform detailed balance sheet and P&L analysis and investigate significant variances Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and FP&A to understand business performance Analyze manufacturing and operational costs against budget, forecast, and prior periods Ensure accounting activity is accurate, properly supported, and compliant with
