Property Accountant Location:

Needham, MA (100% on-site, 5 days/week)

Salary:

$65,000-$75,000 Are you looking to grow your accounting career within the commercial real estate industry? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join their team and support a portfolio of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with Yardi experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties Complete account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Analyze financial results and investigate variances Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit requests Maintain accurate records within Yardi and ensure data integrity Partner with property management teams on financial reporting and operational matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial real estate Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Apply?
