full-time New Opportunity | Entry-Level Staff Accountant | Scituate, MA I'm currently representing a well-established construction organization that is looking to add an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to its team in the Scituate, MA area. This is a great opportunity for a recent accounting or finance graduate who is looking to begin their career in a hands-on accounting environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn project accounting, work alongside experienced accounting professionals, and gain exposure to active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Accounts Payable and invoice processing Support Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting tasks Help track project costs and expenses Assist with vendor setup and documentation Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed Assist the accounting team with day-to-day financial responsibilities Learn and support accounting processes across multiple active projects

Ideal Background:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of accounting principles Comfortable working with Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eager to learn and grow within an accounting team Construction experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Up to $70K base salary, depending on experience Strong 401(k) contribution program Medical, dental, vision and HSA benefits Primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility as needed
