+ Prepare and post journal entries

+ Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy

+ Assist with month-end close and financial reporting processes

+ Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other day-to-day accounting functions as needed

+ Help prepare schedules, supporting documentation, and analysis for management review

+ Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner

+ Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 1-3 years of accounting experience

+ Experience in either public accounting or corporate accounting

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+ Ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a team-focused environment

+ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
