Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Prior dealership experience is preferred, and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles is helpful. More about the role Reconcile and process daily cash, credit card, and deposit transactions. Post miscellaneous bank items such as fundings, reserves, warranty payments, and credit card fees. Manage dealer exchanges (DX), including paperwork processing, certificate of origin (CO) completion, and issuing checks when applicable. Prepare and post used car wholesale transactions including title reassignment and receipting of fundings. Accurately post new vehicle invoices into inventory systems. Post all used vehicle auction purchases into accounting software. Review and reconcile assigned accounting schedules on a weekly basis.
