2027 Accounting Winter Internship

INTERNSHIP

FORMATThis internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from January through March or April 2027, dependent upon start dates.

DEPARTMENT

DETAILSThe intern will:

Assist with year-end financial statement processAssist with the compilation of various reports for footnote disclosuresWill complete various monthly reporting requirementsWill assist with maintaining audit support packages for the external audit and SOX controlsThe intern will learn and experience:

A complete end-to-end financial statement process including exposure to the external auditWorking knowledge of accounting systemsFundamentals in SOX processesDeveloping an attention to detail philosophy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing an bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited college or universityProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

Willingness to relocate for internship.

Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the Spring 2027.PREFERRED

Strong written and verbal communication skillsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizationsStrong interest in the automotive industry
