Company Overview ICR Resources LLC is a fast growing, full-service Automation provider. We are looking for a candidate to fill an Accountant position. Job Description Implementing ERP system Chart of Accounts (COA) Design and Mapping Business Process Mapping and System Testing Training Project Cost analysis Project Management - Staff communication Accounts Payable & Cash Management Review and approve draft vendor bills for accuracy and proper coding Manage bill payment processes, including check preparation, ACH transactions, and electronic payment imports Maintain company bank accounts and account maintenance Complete daily banking exports and monitor bank account and credit card balances Match customer payments and deposits to invoices Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process Complete monthly bank reconciliations Prepare and post General Journal Entries Maintain accrued expense schedules and supporting Excel workbooks Perform detailed financial audits and account reconciliations Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Conduct month-end cost analysis and financial reviews Month-end /Quarter-end closing procedures and internal accounting checklists Prepare cash and accrual basis financial reporting Payroll & Compliance Payroll audit Audit payroll taxes and ensure accurate tax reporting Maintain payroll tax workbooks and records Tax Responsibilities Prepare and file Sales Tax and Consumer's Use Tax returns Year-end tax preparation Annual 1120-S tax filings Administrative & Team Support Complete customer and vendor credit applications as needed. Assist other accounting personnel, including providing support to the Accounts Payable function as needed. Cross-train on accounting functions to ensure continuity of operations Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and internal controls Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies

8 hour shift Monday to Friday 7:45 - 4:15 (with 30-minute lunch)
