Staff Accountant:
  • Track and reconcile grant funding, expenditures, and restricted funds
  • Prepare grant-related financial reports and supporting documentation
  • Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Monitor compliance with grant requirements and funding guidelines
  • Support budget tracking and financial reporting for programs and departments
  • Assist with audit preparation and year-end financial processes Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in nonprofit accounting and grant tracking preferred
  • Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
