$60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience About the Opportunity A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for an Audit Associate to join its assurance practice. You'll work on audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation with a clear path to Audit Senior. What You'll Do Perform audit procedures and testing on engagements for private companies and nonprofits Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation Assist with financial statement preparation and disclosures Interact with client personnel to gather information Identify issues and communicate them to seniors and managers Learn audit software and firm methodology What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting 0-2 years of audit experience in public accounting (internships count) CPA-eligible or actively pursuing the CPA (preferred) Solid Excel and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Clear communication and a team-first attitude What's Offered Base salary of $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience Excellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefits Generous PTO and paid holidays Hybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity) Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional education Real opportunities for career advancement How to Apply All applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
