A growing and established company in the Lansdale, PA area is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its expanding accounting team. The Staff Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Perform daily accounting and general ledger activities using SAP Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Review invoices, expenses, and account activity for accuracy Assist with financial reporting and analysis Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience Experience with SAP strongly preferred Solid understanding of general accounting principles Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
