Job Description
Most AP/AR jobs are the same. Process invoices. Post payments. Repeat tomorrow. This one gives you a front-row seat to how industrial construction projects actually come together. You'll work directly with Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and customers—helping keep projects moving from the first purchase order to the final payment. Along the way, you'll gain experience in project accounting, job costing, payroll, and the financial side of construction. What you'll do Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll and project accounting Create purchase orders and track project costs Support Project Managers with job financials Work directly with vendors, subcontractors, and customers Help keep projects organized from kickoff through closeout What you get You'll join a growing industrial contractor serving the power generation, chemical, and manufacturing industries.
