Job Description
A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the accounting function, gain exposure to leadership, and contribute to the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems in a collaborative environment.
Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
Support financial statement preparation and reporting activities.
Assist with external audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records.
Partner with operational departments to improve financial processes and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations.
