full-time Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their manufacturing team in Chattanooga, TN. This role will support key accounting functions including month-end close, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments while helping improve accounting processes and maintain financial accuracy. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2+ years of general accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and support multiple accounting functions Preferred Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Exposure to month-end close processes Experience supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Why this Role Opportunity to join a stable manufacturing organization with exposure to a broad range of accounting functions.
