Role Description The Staff Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations for ResiBrands and its franchise network. Key responsibilities include recording and reconciling general ledger entries, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing routine financial reports. The role involves supporting month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. The Staff Accountant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to franchisee inquiries related to financial matters, and assist with audits, budgeting, and process improvements as needed. Qualifications Strong foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and familiarity with GAAP. Proficiency with accounting software and ERP tools (Netsuite and Quickbooks required), as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas). Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and supporting franchisees. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA eligibility or certification is a plus. Previous experience in multi-entity, franchise, or small-to-medium business environments is beneficial. Compensation $60k-$75k annually
