This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys process improvement, financial analysis, and complex accounting work. Responsibilities Manage month-end close activities and general ledger accounting Prepare and review account reconciliations and variance analyses Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of accounting records Assist with ERP implementation and accounting process improvements Analyze financial data and provide operational insights Collaborate with finance and business teams on reporting initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 5+ years of accounting experience Strong general ledger, account reconciliation, and close cycle experience Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Experience working within ERP systems Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred Investment accounting experience Lease accounting experience Prior ERP implementation or conversion experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
