Wages & Benefits, Inc. | Richland Hills, TX (DFW) | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly, Non-Exempt $52,000-$58,000 in your first year — this is an hourly position at $25.00-$28.00 per hour, with periodic overtime paid at time-and-a-half. You are paid for every hour you work. We make the best-tasting liquid vitamins in the world, in our own cGMP facility. Inventory that moves, assemblies that get built, seven-plus related companies that have to stay in balance with each other. This is manufacturing accounting — not audit, not tax. Are you the person who won't let a reconciliation go until it ties? We're looking for a recent college graduate, preferably with an accounting internship behind you, to run the books day to day. You'll step into our system — chart of accounts, intercompany procedures, and depreciation methods built and documented by a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with SOPs and cheat sheets for most of what you'll touch. We're still building and improving it, so good questions from you make it better. What you'll do Full AP and AR across all entities — bills, sales orders, invoices, payments, collections Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Intercompany transactions across seven-plus related companies

Inventory:

Build Assemblies, item costs, cycle counts, sub-ledger to GL Fixed assets, depreciation, and payroll entries Month-end close What we're looking for Bachelor's in Accounting, ideally with an internship behind you. Cost and Managerial Accounting matter most here. You follow a documented process — and ask when something doesn't fit the pattern instead of guessing. Attention to detail you're proud of. Finding the variance is the satisfying part, not the tedious part. An interest in health and nutrition. We make products we take ourselves. Solid Excel. We'll teach you QuickBooks. New graduates are encouraged to apply. So are people a year or two out of public accounting who've decided audit isn't the life they want.

Month-end close brings periodic overtime, paid at time-and-a-half, which typically puts first-year earnings in the $55,000-$62,000 range.
