We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative / Accounting / Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, accounting, logistics, or office operations and be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages by phone, email, and in person. Responsibilities Provide customer service in English and Spanish Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and orders Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams Prepare invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Process orders and verify pricing, quantities, and shipping information Schedule deliveries and coordinate transportation Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records Prepare reports and spreadsheets Maintain organized files and documentation Assist with general administrative and office duties Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish - REQUIRED Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounting, logistics, or a related field Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional phone and email etiquette Basic accounting knowledge preferred Experience with invoicing, billing, AP/AR, or data entry preferred Logistics, dispatch, transportation, or warehouse experience is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented . You should be comfortable working with customers, vendors, drivers, invoices, orders, and logistics documentation while managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
REQUIREMENT
English AND Spanish fluency is a MUST. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in both languages.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
