This is a great oppurtunity for someone having recently graduated or that is still in school and wanting to get experience while still attending classes(can be flexible with schedule), or looking to make the next step from an AP/AR clerk. This is an in office positon. Below are some of the main responsibilities of the role: Process AP Invoices Vendor setup and maintanence Bank/Account Reconciliations Help with obtaining and validating lien waivers Answer vendor questions on open invoices and payments Work with Project Managers on project closeouts

Job Requirements:

Recently Graduated or at least 2 years into their degree or at least 3 years of AP experience Has some ERP experience (Netsuite experience is a plus) Detail Oriented Possess strong orginizational skills Has basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skill AP Experience Account reconciliation experience Construction Accounting Experience (Not required but a plus) Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
