Financial Systems, Financial Reporting, and Operion (ICOR-FS, FR, and O) and Fraud Reduction.
Performs reviews on the policies and procedures of various financial management systems, including systems owned by other Defense agencies. Performs reviews on financial reporting policies and procedures, including those performed by the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) to ensure compliance with the FIAR plan. Plans, coordines, tests, evalues, and reports on a gre variety of other financial aspects of the Agency's Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program reviews. Degree:

OR Combinion of educion and experience: 4 years of accounting experience or a combinion of accounting experience, college-level educion, and training th provided professional accounting knowledge AND 24 semester hours (or 36 quarter hours) in accounting/auditing courses or a certifice as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Auditor.
Specialized Experience:
In addition to meeting the basic requirements, you must have one year of specialized experience the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.
Specialized experience is defined as:
Evaluing or reviewing compliance with various aspects of a Financial Improvement and Audit Remediion (FIAR) with focus on Internal Controls over Reporting
Financial Systems (ICOR-FS), Internal Controls over Reporting
Financial Reporting (ICOR-FR), Internal Controls over Reporting
Operions (ICOR-O), and Fraud Reduction; OR experience of Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program.
